  During the two years, our security and network engineers will monitor your security 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We will ensure your security is always fully functioning and latest updates have been instantly applied.
• Monthly reporting
  Every month we send you a report showing the intrusion attempts, viruses and spam attacks that were blocked, and provide statistics, of your web access, email and instant messaging activity.
• Six-monthly security reviews
  Every six months we will prepare a summary security report and IT Lab’s account manager will contact you to arrange a review, discussing service progress, new threats on the horizon and any changes to your security requirements.
