Copper Data Cabling

At the heart of every IT system is the cabling infrastructure, the nuts and bolts that hold the whole system together. Without a good quality cabling system, data will be transmitted slower, information can be corrupted or lost and in the very worst cases, systems will simply fail to run.

Modern IT systems transmit data at up to 10Gigabits per second (10 billion bits per second). These very high data transmission rates demand very high performance cabling systems with bandwidths of more than 250 MHz. However, not everyone needs the highest performance on offer so we tailor our solutions to meet the customer’s requirements.

Copper data cabling outlets can be presented in floor boxes, single or multi-compartment trunking or mounted back boxes.

A wide range of different faceplate styles are available to meet your functional and/or decorative requirements. Patch panels can be modular or PCB, depending on the solution specified, and are typically 24 ports in 1U, although other configurations are available. All installations are fully tested to ensure compliance with the relevant standards and test results are included with the handover documentation.

We regularly install cabling systems from a number of leading manufacturers, including Panduit, Siemon, Connectix, Krone, Brand Rex, Molex, HellermannTyton, Nexans, Excel and Datwyler. We build close relationships with our suppliers and receive regular training and product updates from them.
